Terms and Conditions

If you wish to book (“Booking”) a tour (“Tour”) with a tour operator (“Tour Operator”) using AussieVIEW (“AussieVIEW”) then you (“the Customer”) and agent (“the travel agent”) agree that the following terms and conditions shall apply :
1. Contract
By using AussieVIEW or any AussieVIEW-affiliated website, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not access and/or use AussieVIEW or a AussieVIEW-affiliated website. In all cases the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all the other person(s) named in the booking and who partake in the booked tour(s).
2. Booking Facility Only
AussieVIEW acts merely as the booking facility for the Tour Operator with whom the Customer’s Booking is placed through. Tours are sold through AussieVIEWs booking facility for Tour Operators and other businesses that provide the Tour. AussieVIEW is not a Tour Operator and has no responsibility for Tours. AussieVIEW is not able to influence or control a Tour Operator or Tour. The inclusion of a tour on this site does not indicate that AussieVIEW endorses or recommends that tour or the company providing the tour.
3. Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
a. AussieVIEW does not accept liability to the Customer (or any other person) for any act or omission on the part of the Tour Operator including (but not limited to) any failure by the Tour Operator to provide the Tour, or any accident, loss or damage which the Customer or any other person might suffer as a result of the Tour and the Customer agrees to release and indemnity AussieVIEW from and against any such claim in that respect.
b. AussieVIEW does not warrant or represent to the Customer that the Tour is suitable or fit for the Customer’s purpose or corresponds with any advertising of the Tour Operator and the Customer agrees to make their own enquiries with the Tour Operator if required.
c. In so far as AussieVIEW is unable by law or by statute to exclude its liability to the Customer then the Customer agrees that the liability of AussieVIEW to the Customer is limited to AussieVIEW providing the Tour (or a similar tour) again to the Customer.
d. You the Customer will indemnify AussieVIEW if we suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation by you.
e. All Tours are provided by Tour Operators and based on dates of availability the Tour Operator has provided on the AussieVIEW website or AussieVIEW-affiliated website. AussieVIEW is unable to guarantee the availability of any tour included on these websites.
f. AussieVIEW have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the content of this site is correct, but all information is subject to change at any time without notice. As a user of this website you acknowledge that AussieVIEW is unable to check the accuracy of all information provided by a Tour Operator. You should make your own independent enquiries with the Tour Operator and other third parties and use your own judgment to assess the accuracy of any information accessed through AussieVIEW or any AussieVIEW-affiliated website.
4. Fees and Charges
The Customer agrees to pay to AussieVIEW the Tour Operator's advertised price (“Price”) for the Tour plus a non-refundable booking fee including GST for placing the Booking (“Booking Fee”).
5. Tour Operators Conditions
The Customer agrees to abide by all terms, conditions and directions of the Tour Operator in respect of the Tour including but not limited to:
a. All matters regarding the conduct of the Tour such as safety, use of equipment, clothing, etc.
b. Payment for the Tour — the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Price charged by the Tour Operator for the Tour may be subject to changes and AussieVIEW gives no warranty regarding the accuracy of the Tour Operator’s current advertised prices. AussieVIEW will endeavor to abide by the Tour Operator’s advertised Price.
c. Cancellation Fees — If the Customer cancels or changes a Booking then the Customer agrees to abide by any cancellation or alteration policy of the Tour Operator which may include the payment of a charge for the cancellation or change. BUT the Customer agrees that notwithstanding any cancellation or refund policy of the Tour Operator, AussieVIEW shall at all times be entitled to retain the Booking Fee plus a deposit equivalent to 50% of the Price. In addition to this the Customer agrees to abide by the cancellation policies set out in Clause 7 Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds following.
6. The Travel Agent Conditions
a. AussieVIEW sells various travel related product on behalf of day tours, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers.
b. AussieVIEW has no responsibility for these services nor does AussieVIEW make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard.
c. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers.
d. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not AussieVIEW.
e. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with AussieVIEW.
7. Identity of Customer
a. The Customer will be required by the Tour Operator to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that their identity matches the booking identity. The customer will also be required by the Tour Operator to sign the booking confirmation/voucher and may be asked to present the credit card used to purchase the tour. A copy of this photo ID and/or signature may be retained by the Tour Operator to minimise the risk of credit card fraud or for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of a dispute.
b. Where there is a discrepancy between the photo ID and the booking identity, or the signature on the credit card and the signature on the booking confirmation form, the voucher can be confiscated and immediately cancelled without refund.
c. If the Customer wishes to pay by credit card for a tour (other than a Gift Voucher) and the person who will undertake the tour is different to the Customer, the Customer must contact AussieVIEW after the booking has been confirmed to establish their identity.
8. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds of Travel (Tours)
a. AussieVIEW is unable to provide a refund to you until AussieVIEW receives the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where AussieVIEW incurs any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify AussieVIEW for the amount of that fee or charge.
b. Cancellation, Refund and Changes fee is charged minimun 50% of full payment.
c. There are no refunds for those who are late for their pick-up & Lost Voucher.
d. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
e. Refund policy (Korean)
• 출발일로부터 6일 이전: 정상 투어금액의 30% 취소료 발생합니다.
• 출발일로부터 5일 이내: 투어금액의 100% 취소료 발생합니다.
• 날짜계산은 호주 공휴일/주말 제외 입니다. (예:출발일이 월요일이면, 3일 전은 수요일로 계산)
• 출발시간에 탑승하지 못하거나 바우처 분실시 환불 불가능 합니다.
• 여행자보험은 개별적으로 준비하는 것을 권장합니다.
9. Insurance
Travel insurance contract would be signed depends on personal preferences and AussieVIEW recommend to every traveler to have travel insurance.
10. Liability
AussieVIEW does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom AussieVIEW has no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. AussieVIEW does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond the control of AussieVIEW and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part.
